Victor Rosansky MA, MBA – Chief Executive Officer

Victor has co-founded several successful start-ups, and in addition, brings to the Eyes2Health team 25 years of consulting experience in strategy and quality process management. Clients included Pfizer, Merck, Verizon, FedEx, Wal-Mart, Procter and Gamble, and numerous hospitals and healthcare systems. His work has helped clients earn international recognition for their quality practices: FedEx garnered the prestigious Baldrige Award and Florida Power and Light won the coveted Japanese Deming Prize. Victor's experiences will enable E2H to rapidly deploy its strategy while ensuring that systems and processes are aligned. His many international engagements will enable E2H to develop business partnerships in Europe and Asia down the road. Victor is a sought after international keynote speaker and has co-authored two books. He holds Masters Degrees in Economics and Psychology as well as an MBA in Healthcare Managment. He has taught at Boston University's School of Management, lectured at the International University of Japan, and at the Hult International Business School.

 

Tom Racca – Chief Operating Officer  

Tom has 25 years of proven success leading organizations and activities in the areas of business strategy, optimizing business operations, and sales and marketing. He built several companies that went public or were acquired, and knows how to navigate the challenges faced by rapidly growing companies. The scope of his achievements include leading the highly successful transformation of sales teams by aligning their goals and compensation with revenue and operational excellence metrics. He developed a product life cycle process that was successfully adapted by four companies, and Tom demonstrated expertise in creating brand power in crowded, highly competitve markets. Tom is fully accredited by the Institute of Independent Business.

Dorothy Hitchmoth OD, FAAO - Corporate Medical Officer

Dr. Dorothy Hitchmoth received her OD degree from the New England College of Optometry, Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Hitchmoth has been the Chief of Optometry with the Department of Veterans Affairs in White River Junction, Vermont, and is a clinical professor of optometry for the New England College of Optometry. Dr. Hitchmoth was granted the NECO/ALCON Award for Excellence in Clinical Teaching.  She has been a practicing consultant in geriatric eye diseases and disorders. Currently, she is President of the New Hampshire Optometric Association. An active patient advocate, Dr. Hitchmoth regularly testifies on a variety of healthcare issues, at both the state and federal level. Issues include Medicare reform, Patient’s Bill of Rights, National Eye Institute funding, and other consumer protection laws. She also serves as Executive Director and Director of Research at the Center for Healthy Aging at the New England Eye Institute.

Chief Technology Officer, VP RD&E- (name confidential)

He brings over thirty years of proven success in technology development, team management, and engineering leadership. He has specialized in the development of precision hardware and complex software algorithms in the areas of optical and x-ray imaging, advanced tomosynthesis 3-D reconstruction, and high speed x-ray imaging detector systems.  He is the primary author of and holds many patents.  His x-ray detection systems are used worldwide to spot explosives in airport hold baggage, and his unique and innovative 3-D tomographic reconstruction algorithms have been used in medical imaging for nuclear medicine. He has been Involved in several high-tech start-ups where he hired and developed teams of technologists, supervised mechanical, electronic, and systems design projects, and managed performance.

Chief System Scientist – (name confidential)

A Ph.D physicist with thirty plus years in software development, artificial intelligence, simulations, machine vision, digital x-ray machines and algorithm development. He is an expert in Windows-based graphical user interfaces.  He developed products that are used in scanning by 90% of European airports.  He brings expert in quality assurance and product diagnostics.  As part of start-up teams at several world-class high tech companies, he has held positions as Principal Investigator, Principal Scientist, and Director of Software Engineering.

Richard E. Morley – Director

Richard E. Morley (Dick) is a member on the Board of Directors of various companies across the United States and has been in high technology since the beginning of solid-state electronics. Mr. Morley is currently Chairman of the Board of the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences. He has a track record of consistent success in the founding of high-technology companies for which he assists with initial product concept and ongoing technological guidance. His inventions include the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), now standing in the Smithsonian Institute. He holds more than twenty United States and foreign patents.

Dick was former Director of Advanced Technologies for Gould, Inc., is a Gould Fellow of Science and Engineering, a Fellow of SME, Bios LP and ICS. He was awarded the 1990 Entrepreneur of the Year by Inc. magazine, Merrill Lynch and Ernst & Young.  His work with the PLC ranked him third by the International IEN as the 'Top 100 Most Significant Industrial Products of the 20th Century.' Fortune magazine awarded him their 'Heroes of Manufacturing Award' in March 2000.

William Keyser - Director, Business Development

A veteran entrepreneur, Mr. Keyser's first venture was at 10 years of age selling flowers to returning NYC weekenders. Early in his career he worked in several entrepreneurial companies moving up to the Board. He spent thirteen years with a French management consulting group, now Atos Origin, and become CEO of one of their UK subsidiaries. He established and ran his own UK-based international business for eleven years with clients in healthcare, oil, banking, manufacturing, and other sectors. He currently leads a business start-up counseling practice, WorkSavvy LLC based in New England where recent clients have been in aviation, fitness and retailing.


cfhaEyes2Health supports the Center for Healthy Aging—Preventing chronic degenerative diseases of aging throughout the world. The Center is located at the New England Eye Institute, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the New England College of Optometry.

The foundation funds clinical and basic science research on neurodegenative disease of aging. The foundation also provides clinical education to affiliate doctors to ensure research discoveries are immediately translated into best-practices.
